Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Along (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to the client (“you”).

  1. Nature of Services

Along provides independent travel design and guided journey services.

Our services consist of advice, itinerary design, and, where applicable, in-person guidance. Along does not sell travel products, does not make bookings on behalf of clients, and does not act as a travel agency.

All travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and activities, are selected and booked directly by the client.

  1. Scope of Responsibility

Along provides recommendations and guidance based on experience and available information.

The client remains fully responsible for all travel decisions, bookings, and arrangements.

  1. Booking and Payment

Services are confirmed following an initial exchange and agreement on scope and pricing.

Payment is required in full prior to the start of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

Payments may be made via bank transfer or trusted third-party providers.

  1. Modifications

Any request for additional work or significant changes after the initial agreement may result in an adjustment of scope, timeline, and pricing.

  1. Cancellations

Due to the nature of the services provided, any work already completed or in progress is non-refundable.

  1. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Along (itineraries, documents, recommendations) are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior consent.

  1. Liability

Along shall not be held liable for:
– the performance, failure, or actions of third-party providers (including airlines, accommodations, and service operators)
– changes in availability, pricing, or scheduling
– travel disruptions, delays, cancellations, or external events
– any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

The client remains solely responsible for their personal decisions, actions, and conduct throughout the planning and execution of the trip.

Along’s liability is strictly limited to direct damages resulting from proven fault in the delivery of its services.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.

  1. Acceptance

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
